You need to do the following:
1. Calculate the perimeter(P) of busbar
P=(width + thickness)*2
2. Calculate the min diameter(D) of heat shrink tube
D=P/3.14
3. Example:
Busbar size: 50*10mm
Min heat shrink tube size should be: (50+10)*2/3.14=38mm
